Aggregate a resource to a group of related resources (a category)

Examples

• Blog entries (Blogger,Wordpress) might be marked by author with a number of tags (e.g. recipes with rice, chicken, etc in a Cooking blog)
• Delicious bookmarks have tags, enabling to organize them and find related resources.
