DDBC-core is the implementation for DDBC.
It is separated from the potentially reusable code ( ddbc-utils) and from the admin tools not intended to be included in the host application classpath.
Also ddbc-core might have different versions for the target JDBC API. Currently DDBC is only available for JDBC 3.0 (J2SE 5.0 and 6.0).
